About me

DSC_1289_edited_edited_edited_edited.jpg

I obtained my Bachelor's degree in Dietetics in 2018, and completed my Nutritional Sciences Master's in 2024. I owe my clinical experience to the years I spent working at Szent Rókus Hospital in Budapest, followed by my years at Szent Kristóf Outpatient Clinic and being part of a multidisciplinary general practice team. During this period, I encountered patients with a wide range of health challenges, coupled with diverse health goals, personalities and life circumstances. This taught me as much about working with people (and myself) as it did about the clinical implications.

My aim is to support my clients with empathy and expertise. In addition to explaining the science behind my recommendations, I consider practical help to be just as important, which is why I also create meal plans with personalized recipe ideas. For me, spending time in the kitchen is a way to recharge and be creative. My own diet has been largely inspired and formed by the Mediterranean diet, which I got to know up-close during my years living in Spain.

My main areas of expertise are the low FODMAP diet (in the treatment of various digestive challenges) and glucose metabolism disorders (insulin resistance and PCOS, prediabetes, type 2 diabetes and gestational diabetes).
